Heritage Health Celebrates National Health Center Week

Community health centers like Heritage Health play a key role in the communities they serve by providing medical, dental, mental health, substance abuse treatment -- along with a whole host of services. All of this is designed to provide access to affordable healthcare so that people can live their best lives. The mission of Heritage Health is to deliver a healthcare experience that provides hope, inspires change and extends life for our patients and our community.

As a member of the National Association of Community Health Centers, Heritage Health honors the mission, employees, stakeholders and programs by participating in National Health Center Week. The theme of this year’s commemorative week is “Chemistry for Strong Communities,” and each day a specific topic to address community needs.
